ﾷ 파트타임 또는 풀타임으로 섬길 영어권 어린이부 사역자를 청빙합니다.

ﾷ 사역 대상: 영아부터 초등학교 6학년까지

ﾷ 어린이들은 한인 1세대 가정, 미군 및 한국인 가정, 한인 2세대 가정, 다문화 가정 등 다양한 배경을 가지고 있습니다.

* 지원 자격

ﾷ 어린이 사역에 대한 분명한 소명과 헌신이 있으신 분

ﾷ 정규 신학교 재학 중이거나 졸업하신 분

ﾷ 최소 1년 이상의 어린이부 사역 경험자

ﾷ 미국 내 취업에 결격사유가 없으신 분 (SSN 보유자)

ﾷ 남침례교단 배경 및 신학교 교육 이수자 우대 (필수 아님)

ﾷ 한국어 및 영어 이중언어 가능자 우대

Invitation to Apply – EM Children’s Minister

Tacoma First Baptist Church (TFBC), located in Washington State, is a community of faith that has shared the gospel and served alongside the local community for the past 50th years by the grace of God. As a cooperating church of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), TFBC faithfully participates in and supports the mission and ministries of  the denomination. 

Position Opening: EM Children’s Minister (English Ministry)

We are seeking a part-time or full-time English-speaking Children’s Minister to serve our children’s ministry.

ﾷ Age group: 3yr through 6th grade

ﾷ Our children come from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation Korean families, Korean-American families, military families, and multicultural homes.

Qualifications

ﾷ A clear calling and passion for children’s ministry

ﾷ Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited seminary

ﾷ Minimum of one year of experience in children’s ministry

ﾷ Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (SSN required)

ﾷ SBC background and theological training preferred (not required)

ﾷ Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

ﾷ Personal testimony and salvation testimony

ﾷ Seminary enrollment or graduation verification

ﾷ Two letters of recommendation (one related to previous ministry experience)

ﾷ Two sermon videos (file or link format)

Compensation and Benefits (Full-Time Position)

ﾷ Compensation:$60,000 annually (based on full-time ministry)

ﾷ Health insurance provided
