자격조건
• 미 남침례회에서 안수받은 분이나 미 남침례교단 가입이 가능하신 분
• 미남침례교단에서 인정하는 신학교를 졸업하고 목회학석사(M. Div)를 취득하신 분
• 목사안수 후Full-Time목회 (담임목사, 부목사, 교육목사) 5년이상 경력이 있으신 분
• 미국 영주권이나 시민권 소유 중이며 미국체류 및 미국내 목회에 결격사유가 없으신 분
• 영어와 한국어를 구사하실 수 있는 분 (최소 영어로 대화나 회의진행이 가능해야 하며 영어로 설교와 성경공부 인도까지 가능하시면 더 좋습니다)

• 한글/영문 이력서
• 최종학교 학위증명서 및 목사 안수증명서
• 개인소개서 (신앙간증, 목회소명 및 비전, 목회경험, 특기, 가족소개)
• 최근 6개월 안의 설교 동영상 링크나 파일 2편 (영어설교가 가능하면 영어설교 동영상을 추가로 보내주십시오)
• 추천서 2인 (추천서에 추천인 연락처를 명기하고 추천인이 아래 이메일로 직접 보내야 합니다)
접수마감 - 2025년 11월 30일까지 1차 심사 진행
• 접수나 문의 사항은 청빙위원회 이메일으로만 받습니다
• 서류심사 후 청빙후보자에게 이메일로 개별통지 해드립니다
• 제출된 서류는 반환하지 않으며 청빙완료 후 폐기됩니다

Senior Pastor Position Announcement
Huntsville Baptist Church (a member of the Southern Baptist Convention) located in Huntsville, Alabama, is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our congregation.
Qualifications
• Ordained by the Southern Baptist Convention or eligible for affiliation with the SBC.
• Graduate of a seminary recognized by the SBC, holding a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full-time pastoral experience (as Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, or Education Pastor) after ordination.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, eligible to live and minister in the United States.
• Fluency in both Korean and English is preferred. (Candidates are REQUIRED to be able to communicate and lead meetings in Korean and English. The ability to preach and teach in English and Korean is preferred.)
Required Documents
• Resume in both Korean and English
• Copies of academic degrees and ordination certificate.
• Personal testimony and ministry statement, including your faith journey, pastoral calling and vision, ministry experience, special skills, and family introduction.
• Two (2) recent sermon videos or links (within the past six months). If available, please include one English sermon in addition to Korean sermons.
• Two (2) letters of recommendation, including each recommender’s contact information. (Recommenders must send their letters directly to the email address below.)
Application Deadline
• First round of review: Applications received by November 30, 2025.
• All applications and inquiries should be submitted via email only to the Search Committee.
• Selected candidates will be notified individually by email after document review.
• Submitted materials will not be returned and will be destroyed after the search process is complete.
