타코마제일침례교회(Tacoma First Baptist Church, TFBC)는 워싱턴 주에 위치한 교회로 지난 50년 동안 지역사회와 함께하며 하나님의 은혜 안에서 복음을 전하고 섬겨온 믿음의 공동체입니다.
모집 분야: 어린이부 사역자 (EM Children’s Minister)
본 교회는 파트타임 혹은 풀타임으로 섬길 영어권 어린이부 사역자를 청빙합니다. 사역 대상은 영아부터 초등학교 6학년까지이며, 교회 어린이들은 1세대 한인 가정, 미군과 한국인 가정, 한인 2세대 가정, 다문화 가정 등 다양한 배경을 가지고 있습니다.
지원 자격
• 어린이 사역에 대한 분명한 소명
• 정규 신학교 재학/졸업자
• 최소 1년 이상의 어린이부 사역 경험
• 미국 내 취업에 결격사유가 없으신 분 (SSN이 있으신 분)
• 남침례교 배경 및 신학교 교육 이수자(우대, 필수 아님)
• 이중언어 가능하신 분
제출 서류
• 이력서(가족사진 및 생년월일 포함)
• 개인 신앙 간증 및 구원 간증문
• 정규 신학교 재학 또는 졸업자
• 추천서 2부(그중 1부는 이전 사역 관련)
• 설교 영상 2편(파일 또는 링크)

타코마제일침례교회(WA) 어린이부 사역자 청빙 안내
Tacoma First Baptist Church (TFBC), located in Washington State, is a faith community that has served alongside the local community for the past 50 years, faithfully sharing the gospel and ministering under God’s grace.
Position: Children’s Minister
TFBC is currently seeking a part-time or full-time, English-speaking Children’s Minister to shepherd and teach children from birth through sixth grade. Our children come from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, including first-generation Korean families, American servicemen with Korean spouses, Korean-American second-generation families, and multiethnic households.
Required Qualifications:
· A clear calling to children’s ministry
· Completion of Bible college or current enrollment in/seminary graduate
· Minimum of 1 year of children’s ministry experience
· U.S. permanent resident or U.S. citizen (preferred, but not required)
· Southern Baptist background and college/seminary education (preferred, but not required)
Application Requirements:
· Resume (including family photo and date of birth)
· Personal faith and salvation testimony
· Enrollment verification letter or graduation certificate from Bible college/seminary
· Two reference letters (one from a former ministry)
· Two sermon videos or links
Note: Submitted documents will not be returned.
Salary and Benefits (Full-Time Position):
· Health insurance
· Retirement: Match a maxium of $500 monthly to Guidestone’s
· Pastoral book allowance
· Annual pastoral conference allowance
· Phone allowance
· Other applicable benefits
