1. 자격 요건

남침례교단에서 목사 안수를 받으신 분

한국어와 영어 사역이 가능한 분 (Fluent in both Korean and English)

미국 내 취업에 결격사유가 없는 분 (영주권 혹은 시민권자)

부목사 혹은 담임 목사 경력 5년 이상

The Connect Church Senior Pastor Recruitment

Our church’s senior pastor recently transitioned to a ministry role with the State Convention of North Carolina, and Rev. Don Choi is currently serving as the Interim Pastor. Our church is a Christ-centered community that embraces all generations and cultures, with both Korean and English ministries serving in close partnership. We are seeking a spiritual leader to join us in advancing our vision: “a church that connects God and His people, the next generation, and the world.”

1. Qualifications

Ordained in a Southern Baptist Convention

Fluent in both Korean and English

No legal restrictions for employment in the U.S. (Permanent resident or Citizen)

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an associate or senior pastor

Personal Statement (including salvation testimony, calling, vision, and ministry experience)

Copies of Seminary Diploma (M Div. or higher) and Ordination Certificate

Two letters of recommendation
