Assistant Minister/Pastor – English Ministry

Position Profile

The Assistant Minister/Pastor will serve in the English Ministry. This position focuses on leading worship, ministering to young adults and the younger generation, and assisting the lead Pastor in all areas of ministry.

General Responsibilities

• Report directly to senior pastor.

• Lead worship for English services on Sundays.

• Manage necessary organizational and administrative duties for the ministry.

• Participate in preaching ministries, including Wednesday evening services approximately once a month, early morning prayer services once a week, and other occasions as needed.

• Provide ministry, discipleship, and mentorship to young adults and the younger generation within the EM.

Qualifications

• A clear calling to pastoral ministry.

• Evidence of a faithful and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Completion of a Bible college program, or current enrollment in or completion of a seminary program.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Demonstrated experience and ability in leading worship.

• A passion and ability to serve effectively in a multiethnic ministry setting.
